Our 10 ground-floor non-smoking self-contained units exude a modern and contemporary feel. The comfortable units are easily accessible, spacious and quiet and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. All units are equipped with free wireless internet, Sky TV, air-conditioning, electric blanket, bar fridge and microwave.

Directions
From the North: You will enter the new Expressway at Peka Peka south of Otaki town. Continue along the Expressway (about 8 minutes) and take the Paraparaumu exit on the left. Turn left from the exit onto Kapiti Road. Continue along Kapiti Road through 3 sets of traffic lights and turn left at the fourth set of lights (there's a BP service station on the right). Drive for 3 minutes after passing the traffic lights, then exit on the left hand side at the "Nikau Valley" sign.
From the South: Drive north along SH1 past Paekakariki. When you get to the beginning of the new expressway, take the exit on the left at the "Paraparaumu Raumati" green sign. There's a roundabout at the end of the exit ramp. Turn right at the roundabout, under the expressway and continue along the old SH1 to the North. When you get into Paraparaumu township, keep driving past the traffic lights. Drive for 3 minutes after passing the traffic lights, then exit on the left hand side at the "Nikau Valley" sign.

Cancellation Policy
I agree to pay a cancellation fee of 1 night room charge to Kapiti Lindale Motel & Conference Centre if I cancel with less than 2 day (i.e. 48 hours) notification prior to check-in.
