Farmers Cottage - EXCLUSIVE access to Farm Animals

Self contained 100 year old cottage, sleeps up to 5 + baby. Only 5 mins from town! Warm and cosy with a log burner in the lounge, 2 bedrooms (electric radiator heating in both) - 2 double beds, 3 singles and a cot. All linen, toiletries, and towels provided. Lounge has large flat-screen TV, blu-ray player, satellite TV channels, two leather sofas, kids toys. Fully equipped self catering kitchen. Shower room and separate toilet. Set in large grounds, with large play house, swing, FREE gas barbecue, etc. A tranquil location with magnificent views of Mount Fyffe, and only 4km from town, i-site, supermarket, Whale Watch, etc. Also included = FREE use of our peddle cycles; FREE firewood (limited quantity provided per day) - Barbecue packs of food available to pre-order and cook yourselves on the gas barbecue

Our House Truck took seven years to complete. - Sleeps two, in a double bed (over the drivers cab). - Beautifully ornate internal decoration, with wood panelling throughout - Small self-catering kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge, microwave, sink, kettle - Breakfast items: cereal, bread, butter, homemade jam, coffee/tea, seasonal: fruit and farm eggs (left in your fridge on arrival day, to have at your leisure) - Flat screen TV with in-built DVD and CD player (700+ DVD's available) - On-board toilet, and separate shower - Bed linen and towels provided - Towel robes, slippers and toiletries are provided - Small seating area, with table - Log burner fire (FREE firewood and fir cones provided - wintertime only) - Electric heating (panel and fan) - Loads of cupboards and storage space - Barbecue shelter (shared with our large Yurt), includes gas barbecue, gas cooker, gas pizza oven, sink, outdoor table and chairs - Walls, ceiling and floor insulated beyond modern requirements - Three solar panels provide more than 50% of on-board electricity - Uncooked pizzas available to pre-order, and cook yourselves in the gas pizza oven - Barbecue packs of food available to pre-order and cook yourselves

Our LARGE seven-metre authentic Yurt was imported from Mongolia (where they call them Ger's), has beautiful 'gold' painted roof beams, ceiling circle, roof supports and door. Feels larger inside than it looks from the outside! - Sleeps up to four, in a double bed and two separate single beds - Raised wooden insulated floor, with disabled friendly access - Breakfast items: cereal, bread, butter, homemade jam, coffee/tea, seasonal: fruit and farm eggs (left in the fridge on arrival day, to have at your leisure) - Double skinned, with camel hair insulation in the walls and ceiling. Cancellation Policy

If Cancelled less than or equal to 48 hours notice prior to booking check-in date = 100 percent loss of the total booking amount.
