Description
Height of Dunedin boasts a sunny, 44 square metre detached guesthouse in a lovely peaceful and tranquil hideaway. Perfect for honeymooners or a small family yet only 6 minutes away is Roslyn with an award-winning restaurant, cafes, day spa, pharmacy, winebar, artisan shops and supermarket. All this at 350 metres above sea level guarantees some snow falls during winter and beautiful picturesque surroundings.
You can hand-feed pet animals on a self-guided wander. Awaken to the morning chorus of abundant birdlife: tuis, singing bellbirds, plump wood pigeons, warbling magpies, paradise ducks, hunting hawks, owls and NZ’s rare rosella parrots.
A direct 10 minutes drive to The Octagon CBD yet Height of Dunedin captures a retreat of feeling miles away. Especially close to the neighbouring forest walking tracks and the Flagstaff-Pineapple Walk with its stunning views of Dunedin and the Otago Peninsula from the western hill skyline.

Directions
From OCTAGON, CITY CENTRE direction:
From Stuart St take a slight-right onto Taieri Rd which then follows onto Three Mile Hill Rd.
Keep going up and you will see the speed limit turn into 80 km/hr. You will see a large water tank on the right hand side. Keep driving past Halfway Bush Rd. Then at the highest point in the road go under the high voltage cable tower. Our driveway is immediately on the right hand side of the road before the next left hand bend.
Please be careful as we are on an 80 km/hr corner with double yellow lines. It is safer to follow Three Mile Hill Rd down a little further until it is safe to make a U-turn and come back up.

2 Days - If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in youll lose 100% of the total booking price.
No refund for less than 48 hours notice or no shows.
Travel cot and toddler mattress are available on request. Extra charge: infants under 2 years are charged NZD 30 per stay for this service.
