▪FREE photos are captured of each guest on tour. These photos are emailed to guests
after their experience so they can enjoy their memories.
▪ We provide top-of-the-line wet weather gear and warm clothing to ensure our guests
are dry and warm. Clients must wear closed-toe shoes suitable for walking.
▪ Drinking water is provided on every tour, so clients don't need to carry their own.
▪ Guests will experience a firsthand look at a New Zealand conservation project and,
through their entry, contribute to and become part of the conservation legacy forever.
▪ We have over 2.5km of exhilarating zip lines, the most of any zipline course in NZ. Our
tours also showcase epic suspended swing bridges, NZ's only cliff walk, and a controlled
descent to the forest floor

Our Rotorua zipline adventure is the most exhilarating nature adventure in New Zealand. You’ll be fully immersed in an ancient forest as you traverse stunning swing bridges, zip past thousand-year-old trees, and learn about our conservation efforts to protect New Zealand’s breathtaking natural environment.

Cancellation Policy
WAIVER
Participation in adventure activities involves a degree of risk. All customers will be required to sign a waiver upon activity check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full price cancellation will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour time.
Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour period will not incur any charge.
Changes to bookings within 24 hours of the tour will be subject to availability and will incur a $50 admin fee.
A cancellation charge of the total booking value will apply to customers who fail to arrive at their pre-booked departure time.
Rotorua Canopy Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions, hazard identification, and events beyond our control that will interfere with the safe operation of the business. Customers affected will be offered alternative tour times or full refunds.
